OBI stands for Outside Business Interest. In order to protect the reputation of the company and be able to deal effectively with conflicts of interests, we require every employee to declare any business interest they may have outside Kgalawu. An interest is any active company where the employee is an owner, a director or a major shareholder(more than 25% shareholding).
